Objective: To investigate the value of judging the degree of injury after changes of liver function in acute traumatic brain injury patients. Methods: Ninety-nine patients with acute craniocerebral injury were enrolled in this study. The indexes of hepatic function such as ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate aminotransferase) and clinical Glasgow score (GSC) Type, compared between groups and statistical analysis. Results: The levels of ALT and AST were significantly increased in patients with acute craniocerebral injury, which were directly proportional to the degree of injury. Conclusion: Abnormal liver function after craniocerebral injury has an important reference value for judging the extent of craniocerebral injury.
