高灵敏高选择抗湿性乙醇敏感元件

本文报道了利用用共沉淀法制备的LaFeO_3敏感材料制作乙醇敏感元件。该元件在检测低含量(20～100ppm)乙醇时,具有较高的灵敏度,良好的选择性、抗湿性和响应恢复特性。

This paper reports the preparation of ethanol-sensing elements using LaFeO_3-sensitive materials prepared by coprecipitation. The device has high sensitivity, good selectivity, moisture resistance and response recovery when detecting low levels of ethanol (20-100 ppm).
