目的：探讨老年糖尿病血糖控制中健康教育对其的影响。方法：选择没有接受系统糖尿病健康教育的69例2型老年糖尿病患者分为2组,其中32例为实验组,37例为对照组。在已有的治疗基础

目的：探讨老年糖尿病血糖控制中健康教育对其的影响。方法：选择没有接受系统糖尿病健康教育的69例2型老年糖尿病患者分为2组,其中32例为实验组,37例为对照组。在已有的治疗基础上对实验组进行健康教育,对照组未进行健康教育。结果：在对实验组患者进行系统的糖尿病健康教育后的第6、12个月的FBG、PBG2h、HbA1c水平均比对照组低,差异具有显著意义（t=4.370～39.891,P〈0.05）。结论：老年糖尿病血糖控制中健康教育对其具有较好的临床意义,需大力推广。
