前言笔者从事眼科临床工作已久,偶遇老年性白内障手术并发蚕蚀性角膜溃疡一例,报告如下: 症例徐林,男,69岁,社员。于六天前在某医院行右眼白内障手术,术后第二天出现羞明、流泪、疼痛等症状,当即应用红霉素、维生素丙静点四天,病情不减,刺激症状加重而来我院就诊。1981年10月20日以右眼白内障手术并发蚕蚀性角膜溃疡入院。视力:右=30厘米指数;左=0.08(0.5+5D)。一年前左眼做过白内障括除术。右眼上方球结膜充血、水肿、缝线未脱、创口愈合尚可、创口下角膜缘从10到2时刻的角膜上皮浸润及蚕蚀样上皮缺损,宽约2毫米,进行缘为一条灰白色浸润隆起,其余角膜透明、角膜内皮未见炎
