俗话说,业精于勤而荒于嬉。勤奋努力是取得工作成就的前提和基础。毛拉·沙比提就是这样一位勤奋努力的人,他在新闻事业上不断进取、不断创新、不断完善,把自己所有的热情都投身到新闻工作中,把新闻工作当作自己毕生奋斗的事业。在20年的记者生涯中,毛拉·沙比提行程5万多公里,跑遍了天山南北,到过800多个乡镇,与基层农牧民面对面交谈,聆听他们的心声,及时反映民情,他用勤劳的汗水和智慧采写了一大批优秀的新闻作品。1993年以来,他采写的40多篇新闻作品获得全国、自治区及各行业好新闻一、二、三等奖,其中17篇新闻作品获得全国及新疆好新闻一、二、三等奖,他五次被评为新疆日报社先进工作者。经过竞聘,2006年他走上了维文通联部副主任的岗位。
