本文介绍了经胸腔镜 CO_2激光治疗12例患者的成功经验。用腹腔镜插入胸腔,然后外接电视和录象设备,在电视监视下对漏气的肺大疱进行烧焊封闭。CO_2激光采用连续光波和散焦形式,激光镜头距目标3cm 时、功率设定20W 的情况下,计算的功率密度为250W/cm~2。治疗肺小疱只需<15W的低功率,而治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ型肺大疱则要较高的功率(15~30W)。患者需麻醉插管并侧卧位,患侧肺萎陷后使激光镜头与肺保持一定的距离,以便获得最大的视野,经第五肋间腋前、后线分别穿刺插入
This article describes the successful experience of thoracoscopic CO_2 laser treatment of 12 patients. Laparoscopic insertion of the chest, and then an external TV and video equipment, under the supervision of the television on the leaky bulla blown closed. The CO_2 laser adopts continuous light wave and defocusing mode. When the laser lens is 3cm away from the target and the power is set to 20W, the calculated power density is 250W / cm ~ 2.
