本文根据“广义座标法”,对在线上预应力混凝土单室简支箱梁的计算作了说明,并结合“702”工程给出了计算结果。据计算,“702”工程中跨度为40米的预应力混凝土简支单室箱梁,在列车摇摆力作用下,支座横墙梗胁根部纵截面上的扭曲应力(横向弯曲应力)达8公斤/厘米~2。在梁自重下“三支点”时,同一位置的扭曲应力,由真梁静载试验实测为22公斤/厘米~2。这表明,在箱梁的设计计算中,约束扭转所产生的扭曲应力已不能忽视。本文对文[2]就梁体计算图式及边界条件作了改进,也是文[6]的续篇。
Based on the “Generalized Coordinate Method”, this paper describes the calculation of single prestressed concrete box girder with prestressed concrete box and gives the calculation results with the “702” project. It is calculated that under the “702” project, the prestressed concrete simply supported single-chamber box girder with a span of 40 meters will have a torsional stress (transverse bending stress) of 8 Kg / cm ~ 2. In the beam weight under the “three fulcrums”, the same position of the twisting stress by the true beam static load test measured 22 kg / cm ~ 2. This shows that in the design calculation of box girder, the twisting stress caused by restraint twisting can not be neglected. This paper [2] improves the calculation formula and boundary conditions of beam body, which is also a sequel to [6].
