2004年9月28日,在北京交通大学由编委会主任、主编施仲衡院士主持召开了《都市快轨交通》首届编委会第二次会议,在京高级顾问、编委专家共20余人参加。
On Sep. 28, 2004, academician Shi Zhongheng, chief editor and editor in chief of Beijing Jiaotong University, presided over the second meeting of the first editorial board of “Metro Rapid Transit” and attended by more than 20 senior advisors and editorial board experts in Beijing.
