对单辐板式大型天轮的工作受力状况进行了分析,并建立了有限元计算的力学模型。通过有限元计算,对天轮在不同工况下进行了强度分析与研究。计算分析结果表明,天轮在工作中受交变应力,得出天轮轮体的变形和应力的分布规律。为改善天轮受力状态并提出了合理的焊接结构形式,给设计与研制单辐板式大型天轮提供了依据。
The work force condition of the single-spoke large-size day wheel was analyzed, and the mechanical model of finite element calculation was established. Through the finite element calculation, the strength of the celestial wheel under different conditions was analyzed and studied. The calculation and analysis results show that the deforming stress of the day wheel is affected by the alternating stress in the work, and the deformation and stress distribution of the day wheel body are obtained. In order to improve the stress state of the wheel and put forward a reasonable welding structure, it provides a basis for the design and development of a single-spoke large-size day wheel.
