通过单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚反应制备10%阳离子度PDA的实验,以聚合产物特征黏度、残余双键含量以及聚合反应开始时间为指标,研究DMDAAC单体中的各类杂质在10%阳离子度PDA制备体系中对单体聚合反应性能的影响规律。结果表明,氯化钠对10%阳离子度PDA聚合反应无明显影响;叔胺、二甲胺、烯丙基氯等杂质影响较大,聚合产物特征黏度均呈下降趋势;单体DMDAAC中杂质对10%阳离子度PDA的制备有较大影响,应该通过控制工艺和精制产品方法除去单体中影响较大的杂质。
The experiment of preparing 10% cationic PDA by the copolymerization of DMDAAC and AM was carried out. The intrinsic viscosity of polymer, the content of residual double bond and the start time of polymerization were Indicators, the study of DMDAAC monomers in various types of impurities in the 10% cationic degree of PDA polymerization system monomer polymerization performance of the law. The results showed that sodium chloride had no significant effect on the polymerization of PDA with 10% cationic degree. The impurities such as tertiary amine, dimethylamine and allyl chloride had a great influence on the polymerization, while the intrinsic viscosity of the polymerization products decreased. The preparation of 10% cationic PDA has a greater impact, should be controlled by the process and refined product method to remove impurities in the monomer.
