1990～1991年度海冰年会于1990年10月24日在北京举行。有24个单位的50多名代表出席了这次会议。他们是从事海洋石油开发、海港生产建设与海上安全指挥、海冰监测、预报及海洋研究、海洋工程设计等部门的科技与管理人员。会上就下述问题进行了充分讨论与研究: 一、对今冬明春渤海、黄海北部的冰情进行了会商,为海洋石油、海港与海上交通运输、渔业及海洋水产养殖等部门安排冬季生产提供依据。
The annual ice-sea conference 1990-1991 was held in Beijing on October 24, 1990. More than 50 representatives from 24 units attended the meeting. They are engaged in offshore oil development, production and construction of the harbor and maritime safety command, sea ice monitoring, forecasting and marine research, marine engineering design and other departments of science and technology and management personnel. During the meeting, the following issues were thoroughly discussed and studied: First, the ice condiments in the Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea this winter and next spring were discussed and arrangements were made for the offshore oil and seaports and maritime transport, fisheries and marine aquaculture sectors Production provides basis.
