采用不同的电子束焊接工艺参数对17CrNiMo6汽车齿轮进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行了拉伸、冲击、腐蚀和疲劳试验。结果表明,加速电压和焊接速度对其焊接接头的抗拉性能、冲击性能、耐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能的影响较大,电子束电流的影响则较小;当加速电压从80 kV增大到120 kV时,抗拉强度从1069 MPa增大到1286 MPa、冲击韧度从31.5 J/cm2增大到36.6 J/cm2、酸雨全浸腐蚀10 d的质量损失率从7.92%降至3.35%、疲劳循环次数从4231次增加至8084次。
17CrNiMo6 automotive gears were welded by different electron beam welding process parameters, and tensile, impact, corrosion and fatigue tests on the welded joints were carried out.
