如今,随着我国经济的快速发展,国家和人们对出行的交通工具也要求越来越高,铁路和高铁频频建立,高风险隧道的施工会随之会出现在隧道工程中。众所周知隧道的施工中存在着很多的安全隐患,所以我们对其应高度重视,并应用有效的管理方法和技术措施来避免隧道工程事故的发生。隧道工程安全管理是一个动态的、全过程的控制行为。随着高水平隧道工程的建设施工,更多的因素增添了隧道的风险系数,隧道施工存在的潜在风险极大有可能对隧道的施工产生很大的影响,由于施工风险管理的实施能够使发生施工风险的概率减小到最低限度。所以,进行隧道工程建设风险管理是很有必要的。
