插秧机的调整使用每季插秧前和转移田块后,需根据秧苗和农业技术要求进行检查、调整。一、拆除秧箱,扳动分插轮,检查调整秧爪、秧门、送秧爪、护秧槽位置。 1.秧门安装应平直一线,其上平面至机架方管上平面相距84毫米;秧门内侧面距方管中心19毫米;滚轮槽中心距秧门内侧面9毫米。调整校正秧门、滚轮固定板。 2.秧爪与秧门两侧间隙:大秧爪与大秧门为6毫米;小秧爪与小秧门为3毫米。检查一排14只秧爪后,再检查另一排的14只。
