肝脏囊状淋巴管瘤尚未见报道,兹将我院所见一例报告如下; 患者男,57岁,农民,上腹逐渐膨隆七年,近三年来增大较快,食后有饱胀感,乏力,大小便无异常,消瘦不明显,无腹部外伤史。检查:一般情况尚好,锁骨上淋巴结无肿大,头颈胸检查无特殊;腹高度膨胀,上腹隐约可见高低不平之肿块,触诊有由多个鸡蛋大小之团块相连而成之感,硬韧,无压痛,叩诊
