国家外汇管理局各省、自治区、直辖市分局、外汇管理部,深圳、大连、青岛、厦门、宁波市分局,各中资外汇指定银行总行:为进一步加强对旅游外汇的管理,规范组团社及居民个人旅游购汇行为,现根据国务院发布的《中国公民出国旅游管理办法》(中华人民共和国国务院令第354号)、国家旅游局发布的《国家旅游局公告》(2002年l0号)及《关于启用2002年版〈中国公民出国旅游团队名单表〉的通知》(旅管理发[2002]79号)等有关文件规定,就旅游外汇管理的有关问题通知如下:
