中国地大物博、拥有五千年历史的国家,具有丰富的旅游资源,是一个巨大的旅游市场。如今,随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们的生活水平也有所提高,旅游逐渐成为人们放松自我、开拓视野的主要休闲娱乐方式,旅游业的发展前景一片繁荣。但是,随着旅游业越来越火热,出现的问题也越来越多,本研究主要就是对旅游合同的违约责任问题进行一系列的探讨。
China’s vast territory, with 5,000 years of history, is rich in tourism resources and is a huge tourist market. Nowadays, with the rapid economic development in our country, people’s living standard has also been raised. Tourism has gradually become the main leisure and entertainment way for people to relax themselves and broaden their horizons. The development prospect of tourism is prosperous. However, with the tourism industry becoming more and more hot, there are more and more problems. This research mainly focuses on a series of discussions on the liability of breach of contract in tourism contracts.
