管理的真谛在于发挥人的价值、发掘人的潜能、发展人的个性。学习型组织理论是一种运用非强制方式和非权力性影响在人们心目中产生潜在说服力,从而把组织意志转变为成员自觉行为的管理模式。学习型组织理论给高职教师管理提供了新的思路:树立共同愿景、变革组织管理模式、建立健全的组织学习机制等。
The essence of management lies in giving full play to the value of human beings, discovering the potential of human beings and developing the individuality of human beings. Learning organization theory is a management model that uses unconstrained and non-power influences to generate potential persuasion in people’s minds, thus turning organizational will into conscious behaviors of members. Learning organization theory provides a new way for higher vocational teachers to manage: establishing a common vision, changing organizational management mode, and establishing a sound organizational learning mechanism.
