高职院校的“订单式”人才培养模式,是我国发展职业教育的成功范例。它具有自身的优点,但也有明显的不足。本文以实例论证订单培养的优劣同时提出措施解决实践的不足。
Higher vocational colleges “” order "personnel training mode is a successful example of the development of vocational education in our country. It has its own advantages, but there are obvious deficiencies. This article demonstrates the pros and cons of order training by examples and puts forward measures to solve the shortcomings of practice.
