口腔炎一般容易治愈,但有少数病例一般疗法处理效果不佳,长期不愈,终年痛苦.笔者曾治1例顽固性口腔炎,疗效较佳,特报告,供参考. 患者王××,女,34岁,社员.患口腔炎已10年,终年不愈.自患本病后,病情轻时,舌尖、口唇或口腔粘膜可有1～2个圆型白色绿豆大小溃疡,边周轻度红肿,轻痛,吃饭、碰触时疼痛较重.重时,舌、唇、口腔粘膜可发生多个溃疡,且创面较大,并波及咽喉部,疼痛加重,流涎,说话、进食疼痛倍加,
