滨州西部线设备陈旧也比较复杂。由其是博克图工务段管内,正线175.333公里,曲线就有208处63.999公里,其中300米以下的小半径曲线6处2.628公里。这些曲线大都在高坡大岭上,最突出的是新沙至新南沟间的圈线,区段通过总重120%万吨,换轨周期两年,可见磨耗严重。正确的分析小半径曲线轨道的磨耗,找出加重轨道磨耗的因素,以采取有效的措施加以限制,对确保安全运输是十分重要的。文中以554公里498米曲线为例就轮轨关系方面,提出了加重小半径曲线轨道磨耗的浅见和延长轨道使用寿命的建议,供领导及有关部门决策参考。
Binzhou western line equipment is also more complicated old. The section passed the total weight of 120% of the 10,000 tons and the track change period of two years showed a serious abrasion. Correct analysis of small radius curve track wear, to find out the factors that aggravate orbital wear to take effective measures to limit, to ensure the safe transport is very important. In this paper, taking the 494m curve of 554km as an example, we put forward some suggestion on aggravating the abrasion of the small radius curved track and extending the service life of the track on the relationship between the wheel and the rail for the reference of the leaders and relevant departments.
