By the Tianjin Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute commitment to the Commission issued a “small carburetor to reduce fuel consumption” on January 16, 1988 in Beijing carburetor factory passed the ministerial review. State Mechanical Commission entrusted Tianjin University presided over the review.
