我科自1984年4月至1987年7月共收治糖尿病6例,现介绍如下: 临床资料一、一般情况:6例中男5例,女1例。发病年龄:3岁、8岁、10岁、13岁各1例,11岁2例。从症状出现至就诊时间最短者为5天,最长者达3个月。二、临床表现及实验室检查:6例均有多食、多饮、多尿、消瘦。精神方面,精神萎靡4例,嗜睡者2例。6例尿糖(冊),尿酮体阳性。空腹血糖最低250mg/dL最高359.4mg/dl,血糖平均值303.8mg/dl
