职工持股制度是现代市场经济和社会化大生产的产物,是符合现代世界经济制度革新潮流和方向的一种制度。其依据LOUIS KELSO的扩大资本所有权思想,最早产生于美国,后在欧美大陆广泛盛行,现已形成了较为健全的体系。我国的职工持股制是泊来品,从上个世纪末开始引入,先是在中小企业和民营企业中推行,取得了积极的成效,进而在大中型企业和国有企业的改制中引入职工持股制度。
The system of employee stock ownership is a product of modern market economy and socialized large-scale production and is a system that is in keeping with the trend of innovation in the economic system of the modern world. Based on LOUIS KELSO’s idea of expanding the capital ownership, it was originally produced in the United States and later widely used in the European and American continents. Now it has formed a relatively sound system. Employee shareholding system in our country is a benevolence product. Since the end of the last century, it has been introduced into SMEs and private-owned enterprises, and has achieved positive results. This has led to the introduction of an employee shareholding system in the restructuring of large and medium-sized enterprises and state-owned enterprises .
