一、绪言函数负载模拟器是一种利用电液伺服系统组成的力模拟器,可以模拟各种非直线型负载曲线,象飞机的起落架、副翼、襟翼、减速板以及导弹、舰船上的舵机等加载试验都需要用到这种模拟器;此外象涡轮轴疲劳试验、滑动轴承的油膜试验等也要用到。因此其应用范围十分广泛。本文拟以两个具体的负载模拟器实例,较全面系统地介绍它的设计方法、调整步骤和具体的实验内容。所用到的理论均直接引用而不加证明,但注明出处,便于有兴趣的读者查阅。
