为实现对生物体非均匀的血液灌注率以及用传统方法难以测定的代谢热产率的在体测量,本文结合生理学的研究结论,将经典生物传热方程Pennes方程中的两项Qm与Wb关联了起来并用于物性测定,从而使该方程的未知数得以减少,形式大为简化,并保证了在体测量时无须对其中任一项作消去处理,使之更接近真实。文中方法可以保证直接利用Pennes方程稳态形式测取多个变物性参数,本文还探索了一种合理可行的无损检测物性参数的措施。
In order to achieve non-homogeneous blood perfusion rates in organisms and on-body measurements of metabolic heat yields that are difficult to measure with traditional methods, this article combines the findings of physiology and associates the two Qms in the classical Pennes equation with the Wb. It is used for physical property measurement, so that the unknown of the equation can be reduced, the form is greatly simplified, and it is ensured that in the body measurement, it is not necessary to eliminate any one of them to make it closer to reality. The method in this paper can guarantee the direct use of the steady-state form of the Pennes equation to measure multiple variable property parameters. This article also explores a reasonable and feasible measure of non-destructive testing of physical properties.
