知识经济时代,知识成为经济发展的推动力,成为企业制胜的关键,国内外许多企业纷纷实施了知识管理,并设置了一种全新的企业高级管理职位———知识主管CKO。文章在分析了CKO在企业中的地位、工作职责、能力要求以及情报学研究内容的发展趋势的基础上,提出了情报学硕士研究生培养中课程设置方案的构想。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the driving force of economic development and has become the key to the success of enterprises. Many enterprises both at home and abroad have carried out knowledge management one after another, and set up a brand new enterprise senior management position --- CKO as knowledge manager. Based on the analysis of CKO’s position in the enterprise, job responsibilities, ability requirements and the development trend of information science research content, the article proposed the concept of curriculum setup in the cultivation of graduate students in information science.
