本专利谈及压缩机的自动进、排气阀。阀片以弹性材料制成,其一端固定,另一端可关闭或开启气体通道。这种阀曾在DT—AS1129784中报导过。阀内装有特种阀升程限制器,即一种固定的档块。当阀片撞击档块并产生回跳时,该档块可限制阀片的弯曲,阀片具有恒定不变的材料强度,其外形轮廓沿纵向方向也保持不变。由于装有固定档块,因而阀片的升程特别小,但缺点是压力损失较大从而降低压缩机的效率。WT-PS371783中示出一种相应的进气阀结构,阀片的自由端上也装有一个固定档块用以限制阀片弯曲。
This patent refers to the compressor automatic intake and exhaust valves. The valve plate is made of elastic material, one end of which is fixed and the other end of which can close or open the gas passage. This valve was previously reported in DT-AS1129784. Valve equipped with a special valve lift limiter, a fixed block. When the valve strikes the stop and generates a backlash, the stop restricts the valve disc from bending. The valve disc has a constant material strength and its contour remains constant in the longitudinal direction. Due to the fixed stoppers, the lift of the valve plate is particularly small, but the disadvantage is that the pressure loss is large, which reduces the efficiency of the compressor. A corresponding intake valve structure is shown in WT-PS 371 83, with a fixed stop on the free end of the valve plate for limiting the valve disc bending.
