Sometimes people who do not detect acoustic lesions in impedance audiometry and otology have high-frequency gas-bone space. This may be caused by airborne acoustic emissions from the bone-conduction vibrator during osteotomy. As early as in the 30s and 40s of this century has been paid attention to this possibility, so the use of rubber, plastic, etc. Guided bone conduction oscillator to eliminate acoustic emissions. Recently, the audiometer bone conduction earpiece has been improved in shape and size, but no attention has been given to the air conduction through the bone conduction vibrator. The authors present Bell et al.’s study of this issue and report their testing of the Radioear B-70A, B-71, and B-72 vibrators in the case of 10 normal hearing impaired and non-occluded ears
