本文是以4:1无碱玻璃布/环氧纤维复合材料(玻璃钢)为研究对象。使用了专门设计的试验装置,能同时绘出该材料在经、纬向拉伸全过程的P~f(声发射率)、P~Δl_纵和P~Δl_横曲线。发现在整个经、纬向拉伸过程中E、μ值的变化与声发射特性的变化之间具有一定的规律;同时设计并进行了玻璃钢组份材料的力学性能试验。最后通过细观力学分析,得出了上述E、μ值发生突变是因为有在细观破坏过程所致。
This article is based on 4: 1 E-glass cloth / epoxy fiber composite material (FRP) as the research object. Using a specially designed test device, P ~ f (Acoustic Emissivity), P ~ Δl_ vertical and P ~ Δl_ transverse curves of the material in the whole process of warp and weft drawing can be plotted simultaneously. It is found that there is a certain regularity between the change of E and μ and the change of AE during the whole longitudinal and latitudinal stretching. At the same time, the mechanical property test of FRP material is designed and carried out. Finally, through the analysis of meso-mechanics, it is concluded that the above-mentioned E, μ value of the mutation occurs because of the process of meso-destruction.
