伴随科学技术和社会经济的快速发展,多元化的价值观充斥着新一代高职院校的大学生,以至于出现诸多负面的现象。为了培养国家需要的建设者和接班人,对大学生实施科学的思想政治教育具有重要的现实意义。然而在实际的工作中还存在着诸多令人不满意的地方,影响着大学生价值取向,不利于学生顺利走上社会。故此,本文基于分析高职院校思想政治工作问题的基础上,详细探讨了提高高职院校思想政治工作有效性的策略,旨在提高高职院校思想政治工作的实效性。
With the rapid development of science and technology and social economy, pluralistic values are flooded with college students in a new generation of higher vocational colleges, so many negative phenomena appear. In order to cultivate the builders and successors needed by the country, it is of great practical significance to carry out scientific ideological and political education for college students. However, there are still many unsatisfactory places in practical work, which affect the value orientation of undergraduates and are not conducive to students’ smooth going to the society. Therefore, based on the analysis of the problems of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses in detail the strategies to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges, in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.
