金融机构中领导干部的业务水平,特别是思想道德修养的高低,不但会直接影响着所在单位的风气,也会影响着整个金融系统的风气,甚至影响着整个社会的风气。在市场经济条件下,加强领导干部的思想道德建设,既是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分,又是提高全社会道德水平的关键一环。
The level of professionalism of leading cadres in financial institutions, especially the level of ideological and moral training, will not only directly affect the ethos of their work units, but also affect the atmosphere of the entire financial system and even the atmosphere of the society as a whole.
