领导干部是企业的领头羊,是各种方针政策的主要引导者及组织者。铁路企业是新时期我国经济建设的中流砥柱,因此,对企业领导干部管理模式进行革新,不仅是提升铁路企业管理水平,充分发挥领导组织力,推进铁路企业建设的重要途径,同时更是促进我国国有企业改革,发挥国有企业在新时期中坚力量的有效措施。下文从现阶段铁路企业干部管理以及队伍建设的实际情况入手,就新时期其有效管理模式的创新及策略的有效应用提出了具体的建议和意见。
Leading cadres are the leaders of enterprises and are the main guides and organizers of various policies and policies. Railway enterprises are the mainstay of China’s economic construction in the new era.
