研究了单股型聚乳酸医用缝合线的制备及对其进行载药微球附载效果测试与方案优化。采用正交试验法,设计了3个因素:溶液浓度、震荡时间、浸轧次数,每个因素设定5个水平。按照试验方案对聚乳酸缝合线进行微球附载后,测试其附载后质量增加率。结果表明:当溶液质量浓度为6 g/m L、震荡时间为10 min、浸轧次数为4次时,所制备的聚乳酸医用缝合线载药微球附载增重率最大,即附载效果最好。
The preparation of single-stranded polylactic acid medical suture and the testing and optimization of its loading effect on microspheres were studied. Using orthogonal test method, three factors were designed: solution concentration, shaking time, number of padding, setting 5 levels for each factor. The polylactic acid suture was loaded on the microspheres according to the test protocol, and the rate of mass increase after the attachment was tested. The results showed that when the concentration of the solution was 6 g / m L, the shaking time was 10 min and the number of padding was 4 times, the PLA-loaded suture loaded microspheres had the highest rate of weight gain it is good.
