近年来剖宫产率不断上升,瘢痕子宫妊娠给妇产科临床工作带来诸多难题。昆明市西山区第二人民医院用米非司酮配伍卡孕栓终止瘢痕子宫妊娠60例,取得良好效果。现报告如下。
