自交不亲和性是柑桔品种无核的重要原因之一。迄今为止,已知柑桔属中有九年母、山吹、宝来柑、日向夏蜜柑、八朔、克里曼丁桔、鲁宾逊桔、李桔、奥塞奥拉桔、诺瓦桔、佩奇桔、苏凯加葡萄柚及其杂种、奥兰多桔柚、明尼奥拉桔柚、高甫安柚、高班柚、晚白柚、沙田柚、江上文旦、麻豆文旦、CRC2241柚、CRC2249柚、CRC2352柚、意大利柠檬、尼泊尔长柠檬、马尔它柠檬、甜来檬等都是自交不亲和品种,但却未见甜橙自交不亲和性报道。本试验利用荧光显微镜,观察了锦橙(C.sinensis(L.)Os-beck)的两个优良选择系的自交和异交花粉在柱头上萌发和在花柱中生长的情况,对其亲和性进行了探讨。
Self-incompatibility is one of the important reasons for the non-nuclear citrus varieties. To date, there are nine known citrus genus, mountain blown, Polaris, summer mandarin, Baishuo, Krimantine orange, Robinson orange, Li orange, Osage orange, Nova, Orange , Sukaga grapefruit and its hybrids, Orlando orange pomelo, Minnera citrus pomelo, Gao Fuan pomelo, Gao Ban pomelo, late white pomelo, Shatian pomelo, the river Pudan, Madou pandan, CRC2241 pomelo, CRC2249 pomelo, CRC2352 pomelo, Italian lemon, Nepalese lemon, Maltese lemon, sweet and lemon are all self-incompatible varieties, but no reports of self-incompatibility of sweet orange. In this experiment, we observed the germination and growth of two elite inbred and outcrossed pollen of C. sinensis (L.) Os-beck on the stigma by fluorescence microscopy. And sex were discussed.
