目的探讨宫腔电切镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤的方法和治疗结果。方法应用持续灌流式宫腔电切镜,对50例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者行宫腔电切术治疗,并术后随访。结果50例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者均在宫腔电切镜下一次切除,无一例子宫穿孔或切除不彻底而复发者。结论宫腔镜电切术可有效治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤。
Objective To investigate the methods and treatment results of hysteroscopic resection of hysteromyoma. Methods 50 cases of submucosal uterine fibroids were treated with uterine cavity resection by continuous perfusion of uterine cavity resection and follow-up postoperatively. Results 50 cases of submucosal uterine fibroids patients underwent resection of the uterine resection, no case of uterine perforation or incomplete resection and recurrence. Conclusions Hysteroscopic resection can effectively treat submucosal uterine fibroids.
