目的:观察中西医综合治疗糖尿病并高血压眼底出血的临床效果。方法:将90例糖尿病并高血压眼底出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组采用中西医综合治疗,对照组采用西药合激光疗法,观察比较两组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.78%,对照组为80.00%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总体生活质量评分优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医激光综合疗法可有效改善患者病症,且明显提高其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and hypertensive fundus hemorrhage. Methods: 90 patients with diabetic retinopathy and hypertensive fundus hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases each. The treatment group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western treatments, the control group with Western medicine combined with laser therapy, observed and compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 97.78% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The overall quality of life score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The integrated Chinese and Western laser treatment can effectively improve the patient’s condition, and significantly improve their quality of life, it is worth promoting.
