本文采用耦合效应模型,以2013年我国64家财产保险公司为研究对象,实证分析我国财产保险公司人力资本与企业绩效的耦合程度。结果表明,1家公司处于良好适配状态,41家财产保险公司处于人力资本滞后于企业绩效状态,22家财产保险公司处于企业滞后于人力资本状态。本文针对不同滞后类型的财产保险公司,提出相应的调整建议。
In this paper, we use the coupling effect model to analyze 64 property insurance companies in China in 2013, and analyze the degree of coupling between human capital and business performance of property insurance companies in China. The results show that 1 company is in a good state of adaptation, 41 property insurers lag behind the performance of human resources in their performance status, and 22 property insurers are lagging behind human capital in enterprises. This article aims at different types of property insurance companies lagging behind, put forward corresponding adjustment suggestions.
