资本的运行存在着来源结构、权属结构、使用结构、效益结构等。对于任何一个企业来说 ,由于市场的供求关系处于经常性的变化之中 ,资本的构成情况也在不断地发生变化。如果一个企业的资本构成不能发生变化 ,那么 ,这个企业就不可能适应市场经济的发展。资本的运行过程 ,本质上就是资本的形态变化过程。这个过程恰好表现了它的动态性。或者可以说 ,资本的形态变化是通过资本的结构变化推进的。所谓资本运行结构的优化 ,必然是资本在上述各方面结构的统一。即从资本的来源与权属到资本的使用 ,最终达到资本的效益最大化。
There are source structure, ownership structure, use structure and benefit structure of capital operation. For any enterprise, the composition of capital is constantly changing due to the constant changes in the supply and demand of the market. If an enterprise's capital composition can not change, then, this enterprise can not adapt to the development of market economy. The operating process of capital is essentially the process of changing the form of capital. This process shows just how dynamic it is. Or to say that the morphological changes of capital are promoted through the structural changes of capital. The optimization of the so-called capital operation structure must be the unification of capital in all the above aspects. That is, from the source of capital and ownership to the use of capital, and ultimately to maximize the effectiveness of capital.
