目的:进行七叶鬼灯檠种质资源的遗传多样性研究。方法:对24份七叶鬼灯檠种质进行ISSR分析。利用NTSYS-pc 2.11F软件分析遗传相似系数,UPGMA方法聚类,构建亲缘关系系统图。结果:8条引物共得到109条扩增条带,其中有96条呈现多态性,占88.1%。24份七叶鬼灯檠种质间的遗传距离(GD)变化范围为0.115~0.877,平均为0.421。聚类结果显示24份七叶鬼灯檠材料可划分为2个类群5小组,地理分布对材料的种质亲缘关系有较大影响。结论:七叶鬼灯檠的遗传多样性水平较高,种质间的亲缘关系和地理位置有一定相关性。
Aims: To study the genetic diversity of Gerbera hybridium germplasm resources. Methods: ISSR analysis was performed on 24 gerberas of Aesculus hippocastanum. Genetic similarity coefficient was analyzed by NTSYS-pc 2.11F software, and the UPGMA method was used to cluster the phylogenetic map. Results: A total of 109 amplified bands were obtained with 8 primers, of which 96 showed polymorphism, accounting for 88.1%. The genetic distance (GD) ranged from 0.115 to 0.877 with an average of 0.421 in 24 Aesculus hippophae cultivars. The clustering results showed that 24 Aesculus hippocastanis can be divided into 2 groups and 5 groups. The geographical distribution has a great influence on the genetic relationship of the materials. CONCLUSION: The genetic diversity of Aesculus hippocastanum is high, and the genetic relationship between germplasm and geographical location is related to each other.
