长沙矿山研究院第十研究室从组建至今,已经走过了32年的漫长历程。它是在以经济建设为主战场和不断解决生产技术难题中成长与壮大的。数十年来,这支劲旅转战全国20多个省市,为我国矿山防治水及岩土加固技术的发展,为加速我国矿业开发作出了重大贡献。 第十研究室在长期科研实践中形成了自己的技术特色和优良作风,概括起来有以下几个方面: 人才济济,成果累累。第十研究室现有员工28名,其中教授级高工2名,高级工程师9名,工程师10名,助理工程师4名,技工2名,另有隶属于本室的长城治水及矿山工程联合公司的一支施工队伍。全室人员在主任陈勤树、技术顾问黄树勋、肖焕杰、副主任张湘生、主任助理黄筱军的带领下,开展了广泛的课题研究和工程承包活动。
