本文介绍了即将在衡阳钢管厂建成的我国第一个电炉炼钢车间采用水平连铸机实现全连铸的概况。从产品特点、弧形铸机与水平铸机的冶金特性比较及水平连铸的发展动向等方面阐述了该车间采用水平连铸工艺的必要性和合理性。
This article describes the upcoming completion of Hengyang Steel Plant in China’s first EAF steel plant using horizontal continuous casting machine to achieve full casting overview. The necessity and rationality of using horizontal continuous casting process in this workshop are described from the characteristics of products, metallurgical characteristics of arc casting machines and horizontal caster and the development trend of horizontal continuous casting.
