为探讨交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤组织杀伤作用的机理,应用交变脉冲强磁场对30只接种Louis肺癌的昆明小鼠作了杀伤实验研究。通过实验组与对照组荷瘤小鼠生存分析的检测,结果表明两组生存曲线存在明显差异(P<0.05),实验组荷瘤鼠平均生存时间为33.79天,对照组荷瘤鼠平均生存时间为24.14天,进一步证实交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤杀灭和抑制作用,从而为将其应用于临床治疗恶性肿瘤提供依据
In order to study the mechanism of the killing effect of the alternating pulsed magnetic field on the tumor tissue, 30 Kunming mice inoculated with Louis lung cancer were studied by using the alternating pulsed magnetic field. Through the survival analysis of tumor-bearing mice in the experimental group and the control group, the results showed that the survival curves of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). The average survival time of the tumor-bearing mice in the experimental group was 33.79 days. The average survival time of mice was 24.14 days, which further confirmed the effect of alternating pulsed magnetic field on the killing and suppression of tumors, thus providing a basis for its application in clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
