燃气工业炉的节能,通常注意的是如何提高工业炉的燃烧效率和减少各部份的热损失,然而对于占各部份热损失总量一半以上的烟气废热,仅用于预热燃气或燃烧所需的空气。当然,这对于提高炉子热效率、节约能源是极为重要的。但是最后的排烟温度仍较高,这部份损失能没有充分利用。从广义的节能来讲,若能从损失能中进一步挖掘潜力,也应是工业炉节能的重要内容。
