目的:观察鸦胆子油乳注射液联合盐酸吗啡控释片(美菲康)治疗晚期癌痛的近期疗效。方法:将70例晚期癌痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗联合盐酸吗啡控释片和单用盐酸吗啡控释片治疗,观察两组患者的止痛效果。结果:治疗组癌痛显效率88.57%,总有效率91.43%;对照组癌痛显效率62.86%,总有效率85.71%,两组患者显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认为吗啡控释片联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗癌痛疗效较好,无明显副反应。
Objective: To observe the short-term curative effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with morphine hydrochloride controlled release tablets (Mefikang) in the treatment of advanced cancer pain. Methods: Seventy patients with advanced cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients were treated with Brucea javanica oil injection combined with morphine hydrochloride controlled release tablets and morphine controlled release tablets alone. Analgesic effects were observed in both groups. Results: The effective rate of cancer pain in treatment group was 88.57% and the total effective rate was 91.43%. The effective rate of cancer pain in control group was 62.86% and the total effective rate was 85.71%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Morphine controlled release tablets combined with Brucea javanica oil emulsion for the treatment of cancer pain is better, with no obvious side effects.
