赤水河狗狮子至合江78公里国家级文明样板航道验收,让专家、领导和涉水媒体开了眼界。一条蜿蜒于深山、横跨两省、等级很低的航道,以十年的“磨剑”之功,终于变成一条集绿色、畅通、安全、文明、高效于一身的样板航道。与目前摘得这一殊荣的全国1700公里航道比较,赤水河航道委实兼具太多的不一样。按照国家级文明样板航道的标准考量,赤水河航道达到甚至超过标准都不在话下。验收组长达2000字的终评意见,事实上就是一篇极富技术色彩的颂词。但在我看来,这还不足以表达这个样板的典型意义。

Compared with the 1700 km waterway that has won the honor of the whole country, the Chishui River waterway is really too different. In accordance with the standards of national civilized waterway model considerations, the Chishui River channel to meet or exceed the standard can not fail to mention. Acceptance of group leader up to 2000 words final comments, in fact, is a highly technical tribute. But in my opinion, this is not enough to express the typical significance of this model.
