本文采用具有高度特异性和敏感性的酶联免疾吸附实验(ELISA)方法,对22名高龋者(CA)及14外无龋者(CF)的唾液中抗变链S.mutans(C型)及S.sobrinus(g型)全细胞抗原的SIgA抗体进行了测定,结果显示,CF组特异性抗体水平均明显高于CA组(P<0.05),而两种变链之间,无论是CA组或是CF组SIgA水平均无明显差异(P>0.05).这表明,成人唾液中自然产生的抗变链SIgA抗体以无龋者明显高于高龋者,提示可能是无龋者唾液中较高水平的抗体抑制了龋病的发生。
In this study, a highly specific and sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect anti-variable strand S in the saliva of 22 patients with high caries (CA) and 14 without caries (CF). mutans (type C) and S.
