有报道表明对某些吞咽困难的患者在吞咽时应用下颌收缩体位可减少误吸的发生,遗憾的是并不是对所有的患者都有效。本研究的目的是分析影响此疗法成功与否的因素,以便更好地选择患者进行治疗。 方法 共有30名神经损害所致的吞咽困难并排除解剖异常的患者参加了研究,每组15人,第1组应用下颌收缩对误吸有效;第Ⅱ组则无效。两组在病因(大部为脑血管意外、颅脑外伤、多发性硬化等)、发病时间、损伤程度等方面都无甚差别。Ⅰ组10男5女,年龄55~87岁,平均74.3岁,Ⅱ组5男10女,年龄30~84岁,平均61.1岁。 用X线透视并用电视录象计时的装置观察所有患者的吞咽情况(坐位、侧面观察,以显示口腔及
It has been reported that the use of mandibular contractions for swallowing in some patients with dysphagia can reduce the incidence of aspiration, unfortunately not all patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the success of this therapy in order to better select patients for treatment. Methods A total of 30 patients with dysphagia due to nerve damage and patients with abnormal anatomy were enrolled in this study. Each group included 15 patients. Group 1 applied mandibular contraction to aspiration and group II was ineffective. The two groups in the etiology (mostly cerebrovascular accidents, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, etc.), the onset time, extent of injury and so no difference.
