为兑现中国政府的入世承诺,我国的检验认证行业对外开放已走过近10个年头。10年来,历经国民经济发展方式的逐渐变革,检验认证已经成为我国市场经济发展过程中不可或缺的第三方高端技术服务业。中国有25000家以上的检验认证机构,其中有多少机构可以跨入国际一流检验认证机构行列?有多少机构能够成为国际著名检验认证机构?这是我国加快经济转变发展方式中检验认证机构需要作出的努力,它是促进并确保国民经济可持续健康发展的必要条件。
In order to fulfill the Chinese government’s WTO accession promise, China’s inspection and certification industry has been going through for nearly 10 years. Over the past 10 years, after the gradual transformation of the national economic development mode, inspection and certification have become indispensable third-party high-end technology service industries in the process of market economy development in our country. There are more than 25,000 inspection and certification bodies in China, and how many of them can enter the ranks of world-class inspection and certification bodies? How many institutions can become international famous inspection and certification bodies? This is what China needs to do in order to speed up the development of economic transformation inspection and certification bodies Efforts must be made to promote and ensure the sustainable, healthy development of the national economy.
